Pioneer composite brings to market a photorealistic print technology which creates the most natural looking composite finish available in the Eva-Deck range. A bamboo foamed-PVC and glass fiber-reinforced core provides increased strength and span capability meaning less substructure is required. It also reduces expansion and contraction of the PVC even in the harshest weather environments.

The advanced wear layer protects against fading, scratches, moisture, and stains, and requires only basic cleaning for optimal longevity. Pioneer offers an eco-friendly alternative to timber that prevents deforestation and premature deck replacement and uses solar power within the manufacturing process.

Pioneer grooved board

The Pioneer single sided grooved board is reinforced and offers a flawless, fastener-free final look thanks to grooves along its edges which are designed for streamlined installation using HULK hidden fastener clips, available as S-Series clips or as Chain collated clips.

The Pioneer single sided square edge board is reinforced and is designed for use as decking or for creative vertical installations, like cladding. Install using HULK hidden fastener clips (available as S-Series clips or as Chain collated clips) on the grooved edge and HULK colour matching top fixing screws on the square edge.

The Pioneer wide single sided starter board is lighter weight and is ideal for creating a picture frame effect for decks and for use on stairs edges. It simplifies installation by accommodating grooved boards while offering a solid square outside edge.
